Yesterday Ryan and Ari took me back to the off-leash dog park in NW Portland! There were about 6 other dogs to play with, and I had a great time. I ran just as fast as the other dogs, but I got tired pretty quickly. Once I was tuckered out I came back to them and let them know I was ready to go take a nap. I napped all the way home, and for a long since after! So dog parks are fun 🙂 –but I get really worn out. Next time, maybe they’ll remember to grab some pics!!!
When they went for coffees, the barista thought I was so cute, he came outside to give me a little treat. What can I say–I’m a people pleaser!
Also yesterday, I got a little cut on my bum! I am happy to do tricks for treats, and sometimes I sit a little to exuberantly. Now that I have only one rear leg, sometimes I can plant my butt on the concrete at a funny angle and a little to quickly, and I got a little cut. It’s okay though–Ari first aid-ed it, and no more sitting on concrete for me!
Oh–and Koda’s got a vet check-up today!
OH-and when we were leaving the park (like, already gone), we looked over and saw another black tripawd!!! I was thinking about going over and saying hi, but tired Koda just wanted to go nap. I bet we’ll run into them again though!

Keep looking cute, it is amazing how many treats you get for being a cute tripawd!! I just smile and my Mom gives me treats! She is a sucker for my charm. I bet you are the same way.

But you really gotta watch that butt of yours!!! Maybe your pawrents need to get you a special pillow that they could use whenever you decide to plop your butt down on concrete!! Or maybe they could even attach it to your butt… but you would look so silly… 🙂
